Terms of Service

salmon.app is a productivity tool for organizing projects, notes, and tasks, with optional integrations such as Google Calendar. Features may change over time.

• You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use the Service.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to break the law or infringe others' rights.
• Upload malware, attempt to breach security, or probe the Service for vulnerabilities without permission.
• Scrape, resell, or reverse-engineer the Service.
• Send spam or unsolicited communications through the Service.
• Impersonate anyone or misrepresent your affiliation.

• You retain ownership of the content you create in the Service.
• You grant us a limited license to store, transmit, and display that content solely to operate the Service for you.
• You are responsible for the content you upload and for having the right to share it.

When you connect an integration (such as Google Calendar), you also agree to that provider’s terms. We access only the data needed for the features you enable, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can disconnect an integration at any time on the Integrations page.

The Service may offer free and paid plans. If you subscribe to a paid plan, the price, billing cycle, and renewal terms will be shown at checkout. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable. We may change pricing on 30 days’ notice for existing subscribers.

• You can stop using the Service at any time and request account deletion by emailing us.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that pose a risk to the Service or other users.
• On termination, your access ends and your content may be deleted after a reasonable grace period.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SALMON.APP TEAM WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE, OR (B) USD $50.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the salmon.app team from claims arising out of your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these terms.

We may update these terms. If changes are material, we will notify you in-app or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the operator resides, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless applicable consumer protection law requires otherwise.
